No. Most founders we work with are on their first launch. The whole point of the 9-phase playbook is that it works from zero - you do not need prior Amazon experience, you need product instincts and capital.
For mentorship, yes - split into 3 or 6 payments. For done-for-you, the standard is 40% on signing, 30% at supplier PO, 30% at FBA inbound. We discuss profit-share structures on a case-by-case basis.
